I haven’t been blogging since last fall because I’ve been so preoccupied with writing, which is a good thing. I have around 80,000 words for The Art of World Building three volume set, which dwarfs all the blogs I’ve written about the subject so far. If I’d been posting those, you probably would’ve see a blog three times a week for the last nine months. So sorry for the apparent radio silence.
As usual, when I’m not appearing to do much publicly, that’s because so much work is being done before a release – a pattern from my days of focusing on music but which applies to fiction, too.
Lately I’ve been working on The Ever Fiend (Talon Stormbringer) and am nearing completion. I’d be done by now but my personal life has eaten some time, partly because my wife and I are expecting another baby this summer. I also outlined most of another I’ll just call The Screaming Moragul (Talon Stormbringer) and have another in the works. Once I have enough titles, I’ll order some covers.
